Fire clay castable refractories is the choice of bauxite, coke, kaolin and other refractory aggregate, adding refractory cement (calcium aluminate cement) and other additives, produced into a dense castable refractory. It has good high temperature performance and simple production process, which can be applied to the lining of blast furnace furnace
Clay castable is made of refractory clay clinker as aggregate, with aluminum oxide powder and soft clay binder added. It is prepared according to the proportion of formula and mixed by a blender for more than 5 minutes. The general temperature of use is 1300-1450℃
